Anger is healthy and natural. What is not healthy is when the anger turns into uncontrollable rage. Feeling angry is ok. It’s how we respond to and express anger that can cause problems.

Expressing anger in an aggressive or violent way is unacceptable. Rather than trying to suppress the anger, we need to learn how to manage it in a way that acknowledges the feeling, while not harming anyone.
