Fundraising for a great cause
20 Oct 2022
MSS Home Support Worker Ryan Gillette has raised $1,277 for the Black Dog Institute through his fundraising event: For the Love of Hair.
MSS staff members threw their support behind the cause, with many volunteering to have their hair shaved, trimmed or coloured today at our Taree social hub.
Ryan’s fundraising efforts were more than double his original target of $500.
The event was a great opportunity for us to be reminded of the importance of being open and honest about mental health struggles.
