Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group Inc. recently invited MSS to be a part of the Minimbah Gardens Family Fun Day.

MSS Child, Youth and Family Worker Tenille said: "What a day it was! I was lucky enough to spend the day playing with the children, planting trees and chatting with the parents and other agencies about all the wonderful services MSS has to offer. There was a great turn out with lots of fun and educational activities for all ages, including:

Boomerang throwing

Egg and spoon race

Sports games – MSS mini footy came in very handy for this

Hair braiding

Clay modelling

Flower bracelets, and leaf painting

Snake and spider first aid demo + free kit

Treasure hunt

Tree planting

BBQ, coffee and cake
