One of our amazing Home Support Workers, Ryan Gillette, has organised this fundraiser for The Black Dog Institute. MSS has a variety of staff involved including Case Managers, Team Leaders and Home Support Workers, who will be either:

• Shaving their heads
• Colouring their hair
• Shaving off their beard, moustache, etc 

Ryan says: “Australia's greatest asset is not in the ground, but it is inside the heads of our people. But how well do we look after our mental health? Rates of depression, anxiety, suicide and self-harm continue to rise at an alarming pace. Almost half of us will experience a mental health condition at some point. Unfortunately, even today it is still "taboo" to talk about mental health. We need to stop the stigma. So please, join us and help raise funds for The Black Dog Institute.
